A new post

For what it's worth, you people stink. That was nearly the worst showing of a response I could imagine. (I said nearly, so don't get your knickers in knot Mom, Mom and Mom. Holly you can get them in a twist but not a knot, since you didn't even play, despite your posting.) Hence, the protracted absence of new posts. A punishment, if you will, for those who lurk or refuse to play, and think I am unaware. Now, I know, because I have a toddler who is solidly in the "I need correction and training" phase, that temporary removal of a cherished item is a splendid form of discipline. For N****, it would be Linus, his most precious blue blankie. When that stubby fingered hand feels the sateen underside forcibly sliding through his digits he takes off on a maroon making sob-fest akin to an over-protected Mama's Boy skinning his knee when the umbilical cord tightens and pulls him back with tumultuous force, completely derailing any attempt at a Big Boy Independence for which he may only distantly pine. That being said, let's find out what your Blue Blankie is. What would be the one thing for which your heart, soul and body yearns when it is eradicated from your circle of influence. Be it by force of God, man, or self. Be it for training, preservation, thievery, hygiene. Be it in your youth, your years to come. What have you. Just make sure you tell us what, how and why it is wrent from your bossom. Noah went first, your turn.

If peeing your pants is cool, are you Miles Davis?

Let's hear it, if there's anyone out there. Are you Miles Davis, or more akin to Clay Akin? The Chairman of the Board, or Kenny G? Justin Timberlake, or Micheal Jackson (2000's version)? Take into account the last time you peed your pants, how old were you, the circumstances (deep sleep, uproarious laughter, a bet, swimming in a natural water source, or a pool [shame one you], sheer boredom...), was anyone else aware of the fact and how did you mutually respond? Tell me a story and help me keep my eyes open during the 3 and 4 o'clock hours. The book says "everybody poops", so it goes without saying that at sometime "everybody pees their pants".

I'll start: Near as I can remember, I was in the FIFTH grade and the teacher wouldn't let me leave for the bathroom. I was in my chair and just lost control. M******* starts with an M, so I was just about the exact middle of the room for optimum viewing. And this was the Advanced Placement class; smarty-pantses with an apparent lack of social- and/or life-skills. When the lecture was finished I had to do the walk of shame to the teachers desk so she could talk to me. Then walk all the way to the nurses office to get a change of clothes (which didn't fit) for the rest of the day. All in all, I'd say "If Peeing your pants is cool, consider me Elvis Presley (circa 1963--It Happened at the World's Fair). "

Your turn.

El Numbero Oneo

This is a test, so my wife can show me how all this crap works and I can see what it will look like.
